Ian Souter is a retired Methodist minister living near Bath. He has developed a keen interest in how faith relates to the care of the creation and convenes CAFE BANES (Christian Action for the Environment in Bath and Nort East Somerset) which brings together Christians with a concern for the environment from over 30 churches of different denominations.
